The intelligent early warning, monitoring and metering control system for surface test developed by Chengdu Shidai huidao Technology Co., Ltd. and Sinopec Southwest Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd. has been successfully tested in a well in Shunbei oilfield.


1. Development background

The high-pressure closed ground test process plays an important role in the surface test of high-pressure and high-sulfur wells. The conventional high-pressure closed ground test process mainly relies on the manual monitoring of the liquid level of various tanks and the specially assigned person on duty to check the oil loading of the tanker, which is faced with the risks of personnel falling, poisoning and tank leakage.

2. System introduction

Through the combination of software and hardware, the system realizes the functions of remote monitoring and alarm of tank area liquid level, oil well production measurement, remote quantitative oil injection, automatic pump stop and other functions, which can effectively reduce the workload of field operators, reduce the operation risks such as personnel falling, personnel poisoning and tank spilling, and improve the automation and intelligent level of on-site high-pressure ground test.

3. Core functions of the system

● Liquid level monitoring and sound and light alarm of buffer tank, closed tank and open tank;

● Oil production measurement of oil wells;

● start the oil pump remotely, apply oil with fixed quality and quantity, and stop the pump automatically after oiling;
